• Content — captions, images, and videos you upload or generate through the platform.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken inside the app.
• Device data — IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the SocialBeat platform.
• Publish posts to your connected social media accounts.
• Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts, password reset).
• Respond to your support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

SocialBeat integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• X Corp (Twitter) — OAuth authentication and content publishing.

We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider to deliver the service.

Your data is stored on servers located in the AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. We implement industry-standard safeguards including:

• TLS encryption in transit for all API communication.
• Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials and tokens.
• Regular security reviews and access controls.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes).

We use session cookies and local storage to keep you authenticated and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
